The Mount Sinai Hospital, ranked among the top hospitals in the U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” issue, will be providing urgent care beginning in September 2017 in addition to the existing high quality multispecialty practice services at Mount Sinai Downtown at Union Square. This newly renovated specialized care facility will include state-of-the-art procedure rooms, and it will be New York’s largest freestanding care center. The Mount Sinai Downtown at Union Square Urgent Care is currently recruiting Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide compassionate, high quality and convenient care that reflects the excellence in performance of the Mount Sinai Health System. The ideal candidate will play an instrumental role in ensuring exceptional patient care, quality outcomes, and satisfaction. In addition, we would like to showcase an ambitious and talented physician who is fully committed to the mission of Mount Sinai Health System. For appropriate candidates, there is an opportunity for a faculty appointment with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, commensurate with credentials, experience, and qualifications. Position Details: • Full-time urgent care center (UCC) or mixed UCC/ED role • Highly competitive salary and benefits • Opportunities for academic and research activity • Faculty appointment with Icahn School of Medicine, commensurate with credentials, experience, and qualifications

Position Qualifications: • Medical Degree, New York State Medical License • Candidates must have ABEM or AOBEM board certification/eligibility in Emergency Medicine • Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven department
